- What are the admission requirements?
For admission into any course or certificate program all candidates are required to complete a personal interview with an admissions consultant and be a high school graduate or equivalent, or pass an entrance exam.
- Is financial assistance available?
Payment plans and financial assistance are available.
- What are the hours of operation?
Administration hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Training Center hours are: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm Monday & Wednesday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Saturdays classrooms are closed from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm weekdays.
- Are there classes on holidays?
The Training Center is closed in recognition of the following holidays: New Years Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day.
- Are there specific class start dates?
There are no specific class start dates as students are able to begin class on any day of the week.
- What are the attendance procedures?
Students are expected to attend scheduled classes. Students offering 24 hour notice for missed classes may attend make-up classes, only with an available station.
- What is the grading policy?
A 90% - 100% 4.0 B 80% - 89% 3.0 C 70% - 79% 2.0 D 60% - 69% 1.0 What are the graduation requirements? The requirements that must be met by students to be considered for graduation are successful completion of all academic requirements of the program, with a minimum GPA of 2.0, within the maximum allowable time frame. They also must meet all financial obligations to the school.
- What recognition does the student receive?
A Certificate of Completion is awarded to students who meet both grade and financial requirements to graduate.
- What is "Anytime, Anywhere Learning"?
We offer training for students who wish to train at home, while commuting, or at their office. The training is delivered via our state of the art mobile classroom.
- Do you offer corporate training?
We offer customized training for corporations needing to provide employees with new skills training in order to increase productivity, profitability and employee retention.
- Are Sullivan and Cogliano Training Centers Licensed?
We are licensed by the Departments and/or Boards of Education within the states of Massachusetts and Florida. All licenses and approvals are displayed in the Administrative Offices of Sullivan and Cogliano Training Centers.
- What is your policy on Civil Rights?
We admit students of any sex, religion, race, color, nationality and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. We do not discriminate on the basis of sex, religion, race, color, disability, nationality or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies and other school administered programs.
- Do you aid students in achieving career skills?
We help students acquire the skills necessary to understand their career goals, develop effective cover letters and resumes, and build the confidence to perform successful networking and interview techniques.

- Could you explain your Special Pricing Option?
The special pricing option provides students taking Continuing Education courses with the opportunity to enroll at a reduced tuition. Students must be available to train for 20 hours per week. They are allowed to complete additional training time outside of their regularly scheduled hours of attendance on a space-available basis. If they wish to remain in attendance beyond their original scheduled training period, they may do so by either paying $25.00 per hour for application courses or $35.00 per hour for Information Technology courses (to be paid in advance) or by re-enrolling in the special pricing option at a 10% reduction in tuition.
- What is the "Lifetime Partnership" Program?
At Sullivan and Cogliano Training Centers, we want your education to last you a life- time. Students completing their curriculum are offered the opportunity to refresh and/or continue their education through the Lifetime Partnership program. This connects students to certified experts for their technological answers and applies to course work reflected on the students enrollment agreement.
