 The ideal candidate should be experienced in recruiting both inside and outside sales people.

  Skills and Experience:

  •  2+ years recruitment experience
  • Background in sourcing candidates
  • Experience in Internet recruiting
  • Experience with interviewing/screening/reference
  • Ability to generate referrals
  • Good communications skills
